Tried to make Tone louder but wont work.

Hi

I have a set of dialer tones that I tried to make louder using adobe soundbooth and had not luck. Can anyone please do it for me and send it back? I can send you the file via email or something and you can send it back to me when you are done. I can't seem to make it louder, and I cant seem to make them all the same loudness.
