Tried to trade-in while placing Series 7 order, but "This Service is Unavailable"

Anyone else seeing this when trying to order with a trade-in?

I placed the order anyway.

I'll look to see if I can apply it retroactively,
Or..maybe I should just call Apple after my AM meetings to see if they can update the order...
Any advice?

Same here. Gave up and ordered without trade-in.

The trade-in quotes are usually $10-20 higher than the recycle ones.

UPDATE: Trade-in and recycle quotes are equal this time around. The only downside to recycling is you get a gift card instead of a refund.

Same here. I plan to contact Apple later to see if they’ll add a trade in. I think you can also get store credit for a trade in at a later point in time.

I was just able to do my Series 6 for $210 via the Apple Store app on my iPhone.
