I've been tinkering with my Macbook for a while now and this is starting to bug me. Its quick as hell and is a dream to use, but I can't seem to activate TRIM. I get a boatload of guides when i search for it, but i've yet to stumble across one that works for me.

The Macbook in question is a 1st generation Core Duo Macbook (Macbook1.1) with a OCZ Vertex 3 120GB SSD and is running Snow Leopard 10.6.8.

TRIM Enabler 1.2 works for me on 10.6.8 with an Intel 320 SSD. (newer versions will not run on a 32-bit CPU)

I'm getting weird freezes that last 15-20 seconds every now and then. Ever since TRIM was activated. Has this happened to you?

It hasn’t, but I have heard that this can happen with some SSDs and TRIM on OS X.

I suppose the only option is to do without TRIM.
