Oh, wow. Where to begin.
  1. rEFIt doesn't seem to work on my Mac, for some weird reason.
  2. Windows won't boot - complains that the operating system is missing.
  3. Linux isn't detected and cannot be booted.
  4. Boot Camp Assistant says I can't partition or restore the disk.
What to do now? Mac OS X still works, fortunately.

I ended up abandoning the idea, wiping the hard drive clean (despite Disk Utility's protest that the drive was partitioned for Boot Camp, and thus would make Windows unbootable - it didn't know that Windows already WAS unbootable), reinstalling Mac OS X, and restoring from my Time Machine backup. For some odd reason, it didn't back up Xcode, and I had to reinstall that.

Next thing I did was download VirtualBox and get Linux set up inside it. Works perfectly, unlike Parallels. :D
