I have an imac and I use an extra monitor with it. I decided I wanted to have 3 monitors in total so I purchased a matrox dualhead2go. According to their website my graphics card is compatible however upon loading the software I have discovered that my two extra monitors are acting as one by mirroring each other even though mirroring is not ticked in system prefs display settings. When I try to open the matrox desktop software to change the settings it just says 'check cable connection' It is not recognising my imac even though the monitors are working. Im not sure what I should do. Any suggestions?
