Tripped on speaker wire/ripped chord out of speaker jack!!!!

I was adjusting my home theater set up and I tripped over the speaker chord going into the headphone jack of my mac book, it pulled out. The jack head is a little bent. However I straightened it and now no sound is coming from the speakers I have. Also it is now loose in the jack. Can anyone help with a repair tip?
