I just received my Tritton AX PC PROs and while everythign seems to be in working order, I can't figure out how to get the surround sound to work on my 2010 MBP. I am able to use the controller to turn up the front speakers and the subwoofer fine, but when I adjust either the Central speakers or the surround sound levels, it doesn't actually do anything.

I've looked through the manual and I was kinda shocked to see that it only says to install the software if you're on a PC. Does this mean that I can only get full functionality if I'm on a PC?

so it looks like the device is only registered as a 2 channel device in the audio midi configuration panel.

I'm trying to figure out if theres a way of tricking it into treating it as a 5 speaker device...

I am facing the same issue here. Please inform if anyone has a solution. Thanks.
