Tropico 3: Golden Edition - Will my computer handle it?

I have not bought a computer game in years. I currently have the 2010 MBA 1.4GHz Core 2 Duo with 4GB Ram and the Nvidia 320M 256MB.

BUT - will my computer handle this game? It's 34.99 and I don't want to buy it if my computer is going to be struggling.
