Anyone else having trouble activating their LTE today? My wife has Verizon and I have AT&T and neither one of us have been able to activate the cell service.
 
I’ve had my watch a couple months and still have not been able to activate cellular. Even in the at&t store. Keep getting an error that says I need to activate number sync on my iPhone 6. I’ve pretty much given up hope of ever using cellular on this damn thing.

More details on the error or error messages that you are receiving will help us help you. Are you able to get the watches paired? It is best to pair first and then try to activate LTE service.

First let's cover AT&T, do you have a recent Unlimited plan or a recent Mobile Share plan? Other plans can work but not by using self-service activation on the iPhone. Next up, are you trying to activate the watch on a business plan by chance?

Next up is your wife's Verizon account, tell us a little more about her plan.

Note: Your watch and host iPhone must be on the same post-paid billing account and your iPhone must be updated to iOS 11 or later. Also when in doubt power cycle both the iPhone and the watch.
