I just purchased my 1st Mac about 3 weeks ago, I am a somewhat advanced windows user, but very new to Mac. I am having a problem with burning, at first I was just using the included burning software. Here is the trouble...
I add 2 or 3 .avi movies to the disk, make sure it is less than the DVD capacity and burn it, it burns with no errors and even verifies no problem, the trouble is when i play the movie on my DVD player, it gets about 3/4 through the movie and then ....no more.... it seems the whole file is not burned. It will do this to 1 or more of the movies on the disk but not always all of the movies.
So i got Toast titanium 11, thinking I would have a bit more control of the burn as the Mac software is pretty feature lacking. Same problem, it seems to work using either software if i only put one movie per DVD, however I don't want that many DVD's.
Has anyone else had this issue? Can anyone help me fix it?
