I have tried my cell phone (Net to wireless) my landline (cox) my other friends cell phone (Unknown) and I keep getting the message this number is not a working number please dial again it repeats in two languages and then gives the phrase "message 3 ok04ge" her number worked fine earlier today please tell me what's going on. why is this happening what does message 3 ok04ge mean?
