Hello all,
I am trying to create a Lion USB drive for an older MacBook. I'm trying to use a 4GB flash drive, (specifically 4,000,301,056 bytes) for the Lion Installer, however, when I attempt to restore the DMG to the flash drive in Disk Utility, it claims that the image is too large for the flash drive. I looked on the image when mounted, it has around 300MB free containing about 3.9GB of data for a total of a ~4.1GB image. Is there a way I can shrink the image to get it on the flash drive?
FYI I am trying to use the 10.7.0 GM InstallESD.dmg.
