I've now upgraded my iPod Touch (Dec 2007 - 1st Gen) to 3.1.3 and a problem I never had with 2.x. I have 4.9 gb of FREE SPACE on my 16 gb iPod Touch - yet only about 1/2 of the photos I've chosen to be put on my iPod are actually there! Easily there is room for the others-- or at least most of them--

I never had this problem with the 2.x operating system - I requested 12 months of photos and the iPod would essentially be filled-- or if not filled, then all the photos were there--

Why is my iPod Touch now refusing to load these pictures and leaving 4.9 gb (almost a third of the formateed capacity) unused??

Best regards,
