I can't highlight and drag any file, folder to any other location. I hightlight a file, try to drag and it highlights everything I cross over, opens all the files. I have to stop, close everything, and the file I wanted to move is still where it was.

I can't highlight any text to copy or to delete. It starts to highlight, but as I drag it highlights ahead of the cursor but removes the highlight from what I have gone over.

I can't highlight and drag a file from my Finder to a location on Fetch where I want to upload it to my website.

Nothing about highlighting and dragging seems to work anymore.
What is the problem??????

I use Leopard 10.6.5, Logitech cordless mouse

Something so simple, I rebooted last night and it seems to work much better. Thanks

I had been using a Logitech cordless mouse but found the trouble I was having started again shortly after I had rebooted.
I have switched to a cord mouse and now everything is working fine. Must have been the mouse.
