Trouble jailbreaking ( help)

Hey,

I have a 3gs iphone with 4.1 and 5.16... I tried redsow and greenpois0n but I cant get it jailbroken.

Redsnow wouldnt recognized the firmware
greenpois0n wouldnt give me a loader app at the end of the run

Please if you know a tutorial that worked for you in the past, share it with me...

When you load the firmware into redsn0w you need iPhone2,1_4.1 (3GS).

www.iclarified.com has great tutorials on jailbreaking.
 
not working

I tried that but it is not working, It is giving me an incompatible firmware error message.
 
It is a 3gs 16 GB. I checked the camera and the compass apps are listed on the iphone.

I am using redsn0w win 0.95b5-5
 
specific tutorial

do you have a specific tutorial I can follow... I am about try the new edition of redsn0w
 
it is giving me unable to recognize specified IPSW

I tried 4.1 and 4.01 and it gave me same error for both
