iPod touch Trouble loading from my Itunes to new ipod (moves/tv sreies)

I have purchased a tv series season off Itunes. The first time I put it on my Ipod 6 out of 10 episodes loaded, tried to put them all on then only 3 loaded. They were all selected. I have watched them on my laptop so I know they work... I have a 32GB, any ideas why they won't load?? Its not just that tv series its others as well...
