iPhone X Trouble moving email with native mail app

I have many email accounts setup on my native mail app. My work email is Outlook Exchange. I noticed for the past half a year or longer, when I use the radio button to select messages I want to move, it does not move on the first attempt. I need to move the same messages twice fir it to move. I don't notice the same problem with my personal accounts, just my work Outlook Exchange.
