Trouble PD Quick Charging on Iphone X

Hello,

I selected these items:
ZeroLemon 60W (45W) USB-C PD

Axelect USB-C to Lightning
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B076BJS172/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

When I plug the Iphone X in, it only shows a blue color which indicates only 1A charging (USB-A) and charges accordingly slow. Do I have the wrong type, or quality of cable? I tried both the 10 ft, and the 1 ft. cable.
Or more likely the ZeroLemon is a Lemon?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Edit: I see most say only Apple cable will allow quick charging?

Correct. You need the genuine Apple usb-c to lightening cable for fast charging. I think there are only one or two “verified” 3rd party usb-c chargers that will work as well. There’s a thread in the ipad forum where they talk about and test chargers.
