Trouble reinstalling Tiger

I am currently on 10.4.5 on 1 GZ PB G4.

When I try to install the Tiger DVD automatically ejects when it starts to boot up.

Any ideas?

I tried setting the Tiger disk as my startup disk, but it still ejects.

Any ideas?

I think hold "c" when booting.. that should do it. But I could be wrong.

Is it a retail version of Tiger? Is it on a burned disk?
