Trouble runnning Windows from Boot Camp partition through VMware

I got VMware, and I installed Windows XP Pro through Boot Camp. Now I want to run Windows through VMware, using the partition I created through Boot Camp. However, this is the error message I get when try to do so.

I can run Windows on my computer by booting it up into Windows just fine. I'm running a MBP with a 2.4 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo processor, 2 GB of RAM, and the Windows partition is formatted as FAT32.
