Trouble Searching GIF's in iMessage?

I'm having a lot of fun with iOS 10's GIF search built right into the stock keyboard EXCEPT - almost every time I go to search while on my home's WiFi I get an error and it will not search. As soon as I turn WIFI off and go onto LTE, it works fine.

I tried different DNS servers with no luck, anyone else notice this?
