Trouble setting desktop image

Hi,

I just booted up my MBP today, and the desktop image reset to the 10.7 standard photo. I attempted to set s new desktop image in Safari by right-clicking and selecting "Use Image as Desktop Picture". Nothing happened. Realizing that I hadn't upgraded to 10.7.1, thinking the bug would be fixed, but still no success. Any ideas?
