I bought two and they both arrived today, one for my mom and one for myself. My mom couldn't wait for me to get off of work to set it up for her so took it to at&t to have them do it and they did some stuff and then told her it would take a while to go through, obviously they didn't do anything but back it up because her i4 is still making/receiving calls. I tried resetting the phone hoping it would let me do it over like my phone but for some reason nope. Any ideas?
