Trouble Setting up Visual Voicemail

Hi guys,

I finally am trying to set up my visual Voicemail, but when I tap the voicemail icon under the Phone Section, it says "cannot connect to voicemail"

Have I set something somewhere up incorrectly? Has anyone else had this message and sorted this out?

What network are you on?

When i first got my iPhone on o2 visual voicemail wouldn't work. I fixed it by turning my voicemail off and on again. dial 1760 to deactivate it, then dial 1750 to turn it back on.
