Trouble Synching Outlook Calendar

I can't figure out how to synch my Outlook calendar on my MacBook with my iPhone.

Can anyone point me in the right direction for help?

Am I missing something simple (it would not be the first time)?

I don't have outlook but entourage which is the equivalent in office 2008 for MAC. If it works the same you have to set up outlook to sync with the mac equivalent ie Ical for calendar and address book for contacts. In Entourage you do this in preferences.

The sync with the iphone is then handled by the mac application like address book or Ical.

Thanks. I'll give it a try. I thought this was somehow set up in iTunes, though.
