My iPod (Mac) is running software version 1.2.3.
iTunes is version 7.6
I have it setup to transfer checked songs automatically.
But when I plug my iPod in, I get the message:
Also, although I have it checked to sync automatically, I've found that since formatting the iPod for Mac, quite often I find it's reselected "manually manage", meaning that in order to auto-sync, I have to erase and re-write my entire iPod's library, which is getting quite tedious.....
Some other points, unsure whether they're relevant.
iTunes is not organised. My music is stored in two locations on an external HDD, one an iTunes Music folder from my old desktop, and another which has music I've acquired since using the MacBook, it makes everything less of a headache.
Any solutions or tips welcome, thanks.
