Trouble Syncing

Well not there might be a problem with my iPhone. My problem is, I always try to back-up my iPhone through iTunes but it tends to fail 100% of the time lol. It just stops half-way and then it tells me (and I am using Windows XP) "Apple MobileBackup.exe Stopped Responding" and thats that lol. I already tried to Un-Install, Re-Install and nothing. It comes to my conclusion that its my iPhone but I bet it another problem cause my iPhone responds good
