Trouble uploading images since OS 13.4

Since I upgraded to OS 13.4 Ventura (from 13.3.1) I have been having problems uploading images to web sites where I used to have no problem.

When I go to upload an image on some sites, the Safari browser just hangs for a while, then I get an error like:

"Safari Can't Open the Page. The error is: cannot parse response (NSURLErrorDomain:-1017)

Anyone else having similar issues since upgrading to 13.4?

no such problem here. are you running any antivirus software? or perhaps worth a call to apple. & have you tried using chrome (or firefox)?

No AV software. Going to try to UL a picture to this post. May just be specific web sites. Yes, it works fine with another browser. Only Safari not working.
