Trouble Uploading Pictures

for some reason, I am having trouble uploading to tiny pic, image shack, photbucket etc!!!! Its dirving me nuts the % bar would appear on photobucket and just sit there and hang never uploading anything. Same goes for the other websites.

what? The problem is I can't upload any pictures...was that so hard to understand in my post?
