trouble when transferring purchase app to itunes

hello all, i need some help. I want to transfer the purchased app on my iPhone too iTunes, but after waiting for several hours i still stuck at the "waiting for changes to be applied" in my iTunes.

does anyone of you ever felt the same prolem?? or can you help me with this problem. i have tried many ways to handle it, but i still have the answer for this problem.
