Good evening, folks. Perhaps some of you all with experience can help me out.
I ordered a 16 gb wifi iPad 3 LTE on the 7th. I had buyer's remorse and cancelled the order the next day and switched to the 32 gb model.
The order for the 16 gb model reads on my Apple account as having been cancelled, however, when I went into check my credit card tonight, I saw that the order on the 7th was pending as was the one on the 8th. In other words, it appears my card has been charged twice.
Does it take a couple of days for Apple to cancel the pending transaction or, in reality, do I need to call and argue I've been charged twice. I've never cancelled an order with the Apple Store before and so I wanted to know how that works before I knew if I needed to call.
Thanks for your advice!
