I have been having trouble downloading a daily podcast to iTunes ever since I installed iTunes 7.3.
I have written to the providers of the podcast helpdesk area but I havent received any answer (even though I am paying for it!
).
I see that others have have had various problems with the new version of iTunes.
I am not sure if the problem is with the podcast or iTunes (I am not having any other problems with listening to music or my syncing the iPod nano) but maybe it would be a good idea to downgrade.
In order to downgrade, what exactly do I need to do so I wont accidentally delete any music libraries or folders? Just delete the program itself and reinstall?
