Trouble with External Hard Drive

I got this pop up on my screen when I plugged in my external hard drive. I just got a new macbook pro that has lion on it. This external was formatted to snow leopard. Any idea how to fix it? I have MacFUSE and NTFS-3G but still no luck....

What format is the external hard drive?

I had an issue in part related to MacFuse. I use TrueCrypt and I couldn't open my volumes after the upgrade. I found this article and it has a link for a MacFuse download that correct my problem. Maybe it could help with your problem as well.

It was formatted to my old Mac, but that didn't have Lion. I did have it able to be read on a PC as well.
