Trouble with Home Screen Bookmark Icons

I'm jailbroken on 4.3.3, and my iPhone won't add any home screen bookmark icons. I've tried multiple websites to no avail. It gives me the option to title the icon and when I click "Add" nothing ever happens. Any ideas?
