trouble with ios 5 beta 7

I updated to beta 7 a couple days ago and since then i haven't been able to complete a sync. It gets to the point of trying to copy files and just sits there. It never finishes and even after i cancel the sync and eject my phone, my phone still shows the sync icon in the status bar. any ideas what it could be?

Why do you use a beta?

because ios 5 isnt released yet and it has features that i like. i could get them with a jailbreak but beta 7 is more stable than jailbroken 4 ever was
