Trouble with jailbreak on 4.2.8

So I'm trying to jailbreak my Verizon iPhone 4 running 4.2.8 with snowbreeze. Everything is going well till I do shift + restore in itunes and it comes up with the 3194 error. Any way to get around this? I have backed up shsh blobs using ifaith from my device.

try to use Redsn0w 0.9.6RC14 and follow the instruction below

Still same thing happening using that method too. I'm at a loss here. Anyone else know what the issue is?

Edit: I've tried again using snowbreeze and this time I have used tinyumbrella in the background and hit start tss server and it went through but when it tries to boot up I get an error 37.

Guess I should have mentioned I am not using a Mac but a PC instead. Everything I have tried so far has brought back an error code, specifically error 3194
