Hi

Newbie here.

trying to solve an issue with Entourage and Keychain and apparently I have a missing file:

/System/Library/Keychains/X509Anchors

Is it possible that someone could advise how to get it from CD or even mail it to me?

Thanks guys, this could solve an urgent issue.

Cheers.

have you tried the keychain first aid option?

Keychain

Yes, I have tried first aid, that's how I know the file is missing.....

If I can get it from CD, that's cool, but if not, would anyone mind mailing me a copy?

Thanks

Easy Fix for Entourage with Leopard! Tested Aok!

Dear Mac Users having errors with Entourage,

"Unable to establish a secure connection to mail.xyx.com becuase the correct root certificate is not installed"

Mac OS: 10.5.2
Office 2004: Entourage

1. Login as Root
2. Open KEYCHAIN ACCESS and add your Certificate into the X509Anchors
3. Save and Logout.

4. Login as an User or Admin
5. Open KEYCHAIN Access
6. In FILE Click ADD KEYCHAIN
7. System > Library > Keychains. Here you will find X509Anchors Keychain.
8. Make sure to add this to the User/Admin that needs to make a secure connection to the mail server
