I've been ripping some DVDs of a TV show. I use the "Main Feature Extraction" option in MTR. However, the titles are not cut off at the correct places. For example, the first title will end 2 minutes into the second episode, etc. How can I get it to separate the episodes at the correct places?

Thanks

I'm using 2.6.6.

I'm assuming that's the title set extraction option?
If I did that, would I just need to rip each title separately, and do you think that would help solve this issue?

BTW, thanks for those links. The one about batch tagging looks pretty useful - I'll have to try that once I get the basics down.

I don't have a video DVD to test right now, thus I don't know what it is exactly called, something like "Full Disk Extraction" I guess.
When you do this, the complete DVD will be copied onto the target HDD of your choice, then you can use Handbrake to select the titles (episodes) you want to transcode.
