Trouble with return key (Wireless keyboard) iPhone 4

Hello. I am currently using a spare Apple Wireless Keyboard with my iPhone 4. However, in apps like messages, Skype, Facebook chat, the return key does not work to send the message. Am I doing something wrong, or need a setting to change?

Unfortunately there is no "send" keyboard command. Without jailbreaking, you'll have to tap send on the screen when you're done typing.
