iOS Trouble with tableview

Hi.

I am trying to fix my tableview so that I can have some headlines over some of the tables. I want the style grouped and want to edit the headlines, like this picture in attachments. But I can´t seem to find out how to edit the headlines (California, Florida and New York in the picture)?

Those are section header titles. There's a data-source method for setting them.
