I recently bought a macbook and it says that some of the programs or whatever need to be updated. So i try it and it gets to the point where it says it needs to be restarted, so i click ok and then it says its initializing but freezes there. I tried this 3 times and the same thing happens. I have to pop the battery out to end this. Today i left it for at least 4-5 hours, and it was just stuck in the same spot. any ideas on what i could do?
