Hi all,

I really really like Macs, but as I've been using PCs all my life I couldn't just swap as none of my programs would be compatible. Anyway I got the next best thing...an Apple keyboard (the new thin version). I'm loving it so far but I haven't factored in the idea that it does differ somewhat from a regular PC keyboard, especially with all the shortcuts.

Can anyone direct me to where I can find out about these shortcuts...mainly
copying and pasting text...what used to be 'control C and control V' on my PC. I tried using Command C and Command V but nothing works I'm afraid. Is the 'print screen' - F14? And one of the other important questions...'control alt. delete' used to open my taskmanager and also served as a restart option.....does any mac person know how I could do this with this keyboard. Any other hints would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

M.O.

Windows should see it as a generic USB keyboard and try and map the keys like this:

Control = Ctrl
Option = Alt
Command = Windows

If Windows doesn't then maybe see if there are any freeware keyboard mapping programs out there.
