I've got an MBP '18 that I bought here in Thailand where I live, earlier this year in January from the Apple Store.
Short story: back then Apple didn't offer Apple Care + but only the normal Apple care instead. They stated that I could buy the Apple Care within one year from my machine's purchase.
Few months have passed and this week I've looked up to buy the Apple Care. I find out that they now have the Apple Care + that I'm not eligible for (should buy within 60 days since the MBP purchase) so I called up the Apple Support Center to ask if there is any chance that I could buy the normal Apple Care. The guy was very gentle and in the end, he was able to send me an email with a link to purchase the normale Apple Care (that they currently don't offer any more on the listed products) withing 72 hours.
Now, when I try to purchase the AC, my payment gets declined and I get a message, in Thai, that says I should check for my information (which they surely are correct since I've used them in the past) and/or my card payment amount limits. I tried with different cards, both Visa and MasterCard, went to my bank, but apparently everything on my side is fine! Tried to check my address and every detail on my Apple ID too.
Can anybody help me understand what I'm doing wrong? I attach the form to fill in order to make the payment.
