Troubles with clear install macOS to MacBookAir 2019 retina

Hi!

I erase MacBook Air 2019 and prepare USB flash for installation BugSure
but when I press "options" when Mac start and select USB Flash for booting - installation not started
I get prompt for WIFI connection and start Internet recovery
but - in progress 1008F error

I try Ventura Sonoma - the same(
deleting the data from iCloud.com/find did not lead to anything

If I start USB Flash on other Mac - havens any problem(

What's wrong?
