Is there any chance that OS X 10.12 will feature a true dark mode? I find the current dark mode, which darkens the dock and menu bar only, to be a bad design, since those interface elements are dark but the rest of the interface is dark. It would be nice to actually have windows and system programs adopt the dark mode as well.

The current darkmode isn't system wide so it doesn't fit with the rest of the GUI, I bet they will fix that.. some day...
That's not the apple way, 70% is "good enough to ship"
I'm afraid it will be possible only by turning off the mac considering where Apple's focus seems to be.
