true full sync app for del.icio.us

Is their any app for the mac that will let me do true sync like delete all bookmarks at once? I tryed cocoalicious but will not let me delete all at once.

Sure, WebnoteHappy will do that for you, but it's not freeware. Just import your del.icio.us bookmarks once, select all, and hit cmd-R to remove them from del.icio.us, or delete them completely from your library (local and del.icio.us).
