After having it on my iPads I am glad to finally have it on the iPhone. It makes the screen so much better!

Just trying it out in my office the last couple hours I like it more than I thought I would. Could just as easily have lived without it though. Will give it a day or two in different conditions before making a decision but as of now I plan on keeping it enabled.

I agree. It's a great feature that nothing else offers. Ive seen it plenty on the iPad Pro, but having on iPhone just seems all that more significant. Just wait until proMotion comes to iPhone as well. Might as well never look at another phone again!

An overrated feature to me. It’s not much different than night shift.

It looks OK on my phone at home, but it's really yellow in the office. I'll give it a week or so to get used to it, but might end up turning it off.

On the other hand, when I first got my 6 I thought it was really blue (coming from a 4S) but I got used to that!

I think the problem is we've become to used to non-natural lighting in our smartphones, that we may interpret true-tone as "gross" or "unnatural". In reality, this screen technology is easier on our eyes based on ambient lighting, and produce colors as intended, without implications from real-world lighting.

Those of you saying that you don’t like it...have you used it outdoors? I do agree that it looks a little “off” in artificial lighting but in natural light it’s actually very good. I like it a lot.
