iPhone XS Truphone vs GigSky on dual SIM iPhones

I decided to try out Truphone as cellular data only on the eSIM and only got 3G speeds in Boston! I was surprised that Truphone only gave 3G speeds in a major city. It doesn't seem Truphone is a good cellular data only plan. Anybody use Truphone in Europe or Canada? Did you get 4G LTE speeds?

How's GigSky's speed in Europe or Canada?

According to truphone's website, lte is not available in the USA
