General TruPrint Alternative for iOS 6

Since TruPrint is not being updated for iOS 6, are there any alternatives out there? I've used Mac companion apps and iOS standalone print apps but none can compare to using the built-in AirPrint service.

I'm using truprint on ios 6.1 .. It seems to still work. I did read its a resource hog but its been ok for me. Any reason not to still use this?

If you haven't already brought a license there is no way to use this which i think is wrong if they don't want to support it any more but at the very least make it free for people to use without any support
