Try to take the bottom cover off to clean the dust out from it.

I have a July 2019 13 inch MacBook Pro with touch bar and two thunderbolt USB-C ports I kind of want to get the bottom cover off so I can get rid of the dust that might be in it- How many clips dose this computer have? Dose it have 4 clips? I think I can get all of clips unleashed but, then can't really get the bottom cover off......

If I recall correctly, you have to slide the cover back to the rear to “unhook” it.

so it has one clip on each side and two clips in the middle than like two more clips in the back....

I have had this Macbook Pro for about year 1/2 and in July this year it will be 2 years old and the support coverage is expired and I really have not had any issues with the butterfly keyboard, its probably because I have a little keyboard cover that prevents stuff from getting in-between the keys and I will like the touch bar it will is nice for watch youtube if you want to skip the ads

I was incorrect.
It slides towards the front!

Finally got the cover off the fan was really dusty- it really tough to get the cover off and back on since the clips are like how you are expose to try and get the back clips lined up that are on the bottom cover then have slide it back so they connect then you can snap the other clips back in
